We have a minimum age requirement of 21 years old to book our retreat. However, these retreats are typically more beneficial for those above 24 years old.

We have designed our retreats to be longer than average to foster deep connections among members and allow ample time to explore the host destination. This extended duration facilitates not just networking, but the formation of meaningful relationships. Moreover, it gives members the opportunity to truly immerse themselves in the local culture, providing a richer, more rewarding experience.

Our retreats are open to anyone who is working on a project, entrepreneurial endeavor, or has a remote job. We welcome individuals from diverse professional backgrounds and industries. Whether you're a digital nomad, freelancer, entrepreneur, or simply someone with a passion project, you can join our retreat.

Our community thrives on diversity and we believe that everyone brings something unique to the table. So, even if you're not traditionally 'remote,' as long as you're committed to your work or project, you'll fit right in.

Absolutely, couples are more than welcome to join our retreats. Matter of fact, couples get a significant discount when booking a private room (in comparison to two beds in a shared room). Couples need friends too!

Our retreats are designed with everyone in mind, including introverts. We understand that everyone has unique ways of socializing, working, and recharging. While our retreats do offer social activities and group sessions, participation in these is entirely optional.

You can choose to engage at a level that feels comfortable for you. Moreover, we ensure there are plenty of quiet spaces and private corners where you can spend time alone, work on your projects, or simply relax.

We have a guaranteed 48-hour refund policy for bookings made more than 2 months before the start of the retreat. If you are booking within 2 months of the start date, we do not offer refunds.

Once you paid, we start making plans to secure our accommodation in order to get the best rates. For that reason, we cannot offer a refund.

Typically, each retreat accommodates between 6 to 12 people. We believe this is the optimal group size to foster a close-knit community while ensuring each participant has ample space and resources for a comfortable stay.

However, please note that the exact number can vary based on the specific retreat and location.

At CoLiving Nation, community is everything. Our primary focus is on creating a nurturing space for work, growth, and personal development for all participants.

We believe in the power of connection and conversation, which is why this video call is such an important part of our process. It's during this time we can truly start building that sense of community, even before the retreat begins.

This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions and for us to understand your expectations from our retreat.

Yes, we offer a range of organized activities for our guests, though participation is entirely up to you. Your booking includes a "Welcome Dinner" and weekly wellness activities like yoga and meditation sessions, all at no extra cost.

Together with our coordinator and other guests, you'll have the opportunity to plan additional weekly excursions at your location.

We respect that some guests might want to enjoy some solitary time or explore on their own terms.

Yes, participation in social activities during the retreat is completely voluntary.

We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences. While we encourage joining in as it's a great way to network and create lasting relationships, if you prefer to focus on your work or need some alone time, you are welcome to opt-out of any social activities.

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card via Stripe (3% extra charge), Wise and Revolut transfers.

If you have to leave earlier than the end date of the retreat, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, please note that we are not able to offer any refunds or credits for your early departure.

Our retreat location is strategically chosen to ensure convenience for our participants. Most of the time, you can walk to get to grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. But depending on the location of the retreat, you might need to take public transportation, or even hire a scooter.

Yes and no. While we typically select retreat properties that have dedicated working areas and reliable Wi-Fi, they may not be classified as traditional co-working spaces. This means you can comfortably work without having to spend extra on a separate co-working space.

However, if your needs extend beyond what's available at the retreat, we are more than happy to assist in organizing access to a local co-working space. As always, the availability of such facilities depends on the specific location of the retreat.

If something is accidentally broken or damaged in the accommodation during your stay, we ask that you inform us immediately. Accidents do happen and we understand that, but it's important for us to evaluate the damage as soon as possible.

Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be responsible for covering the cost of replacement or repair. We recommend treating the property with respect, just as you would in your own home.

The possibility of bringing a pet to the retreat depends on the specific retreat and its policies. Some of our retreats are pet-friendly and welcome pets, while others may have restrictions due to various reasons such as allergies or the property's rules.

Flights are typically not included in the retreat package. This is because our participants come from various locations around the world, and it would be challenging to coordinate flights for everyone. However, we are more than happy to provide advice and assistance on booking your flights if needed.

Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your arrival date and that you have the appropriate visa for entering the country for the duration of the retreat. Typically, a typical tourist visa is enough.

Getting travel health insurance and double-checking with your doctor to see if you need any vaccines before joining us is also recommended.
