We are thrilled to invite you to our 28-day coliving retreat in Bali, an experience designed for digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and remote workers from all over the world. Nestled in the heart of Seminyak, our retreat offers a unique blend of work and play that encourages creativity, productivity, and connection.
But work is just one part of the equation! This retreat is not just about getting things done; it’s about living a balanced life. How This Works

Step 1: Start Your Application
Submit your application here and schedule a discovery call with our team.
Step 2: Chat With Us
20-minute video call to ensure this experience is a perfect fit for you, tell you more about the retreat, and answer any questions you might have.
Step 3: Put Down Your Deposit
Once approved, a 30% deposit is required to secure your spot on our retreat. This is refundable if the retreat does not occur for any reason.
Step 4: Retreat Confirmed
The retreat is confirmed 5 to 6 weeks before the start date. If it is not confirmed, your deposit will be refunded.
Step 5: Payment
Submit the rest of the payment at least 4 weeks before the retreat to finalize your spot on the coliving retreat!
Step 6: Pack Your Bags
Seven days before the retreat, you’ll be invited into the group’s Whatsapp where you can e-meet your fellow travelers!

What is your refund policy?
We have a guaranteed 48-hour refund policy for bookings made more than 2 months before the start of the retreat. If you are booking within 2 months of the start date, we do not offer refunds.
Once you paid, we start making plans to secure our accommodation in order to get the best rates. For that reason, we cannot offer a refund.
I'm an introvert. Is this right for me?
Our Bali retreat is a smaller-group retreat designed for a more intimate and close-knit environment. Introverts don't have to worry about feeling overwhelmed by large crowds. There is also plenty of space in our accommodation where you can relax in your privacy and recharge your social battery.
It is a great place for introverts that want to balance socializing, networking, and working remotely at their own pace.
Can couples join this retreat?
Yes. Couples are more than welcome at our Bali retreat. Matter of fact, couples get a significant discount when booking a private room (in comparison to two beds in a shared room). Couples need friends too!
Do you provide any housekeeping services?
Yes, we provide weekly housekeeping services so that you can have a comfortable and stress-free environment that promotes productivity. This is included in the price.
Can I invite guests to visit me at the retreat?
Yes, you absolutely can invite guests to visit you at our Bali retreat. We understand the importance of maintaining social connections and sharing your retreat experience with friends. Please be mindful of other guests and keep the environment non-intrusive.
To respect the space of other guests, we don't allow guests to stay overnight. The actions of your guests are your responsibility
Are pets allowed on this retreat?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our Koh Samui retreat. We do occasionally have pet-friendly retreats, so keep an eye on our "Upcoming Retreats" page for more information!
How do I get to the retreat from the airport?
Once you arrive at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali, you can take a Grab (Bali's version of Uber) to our retreat. There is a dedicated Grab pickup area in the arrivals terminal. You'll need to install the Grab app before your arrival.
Alternatively, we can arrange an airport pickup for you for an additional charge.
It takes about 30 minutes to get there from the Bali, depending on the traffic.
Is the video call really necessary?
At CoLiving Nation, community is everything. Our primary focus is on creating a nurturing space for work, growth, and personal development for all participants.
We believe in the power of connection and conversation, which is why this video call is such an important part of our process. It's during this time we can truly start building that sense of community, even before the retreat begins.
This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions and for us to understand your expectations from our retreat.
What if I have to leave earlier than the end date of the retreat?
If you have to leave earlier than the end date of the retreat, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, please note that we are not able to offer any refunds or credits for your early departure.
How can I pay for my booking?
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card via Stripe (3% extra charge), Wise and Revolut transfers.

Can i join if I don't have a remote job?
While it is true that many of our members are remote workers, you don't necessarily need to have a remote job to join our retreats. If you are working on a personal project, starting up a business or pursuing any entrepreneurial endeavor, you are more than welcome to join us.
Our community thrives on diversity and we believe that everyone brings something unique to the table. So, even if you're not traditionally 'remote,' as long as you're committed to your work or project, you'll fit right in.
Do you have any planned activities?
Yes, we offer a range of organized activities for our guests, though participation is entirely up to you. Your booking includes a "Welcome Dinner" and weekly wellness activities like yoga and meditation sessions, all at no extra cost.
Together with our coordinator and other guests, you'll have the opportunity to plan additional weekly excursions around the beautiful island of Bali. This could include waterfall hikes, beach days, cooking classes, and more. Please note that these activities are not covered in your initial fee as they are optional.
We respect that some guests might want to enjoy some solitary time or explore on their own terms.
What if I break or damage something in the accommodation?
If something is accidentally broken or damaged in the accommodation during your stay, we ask that you inform us immediately. Accidents do happen and we understand that, but it's important for us to evaluate the damage as soon as possible.
Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be responsible for covering the cost of replacement or repair. We recommend treating the property with respect, just as you would in your own home.
Do I need to know how to ride a scooter in Bali?
You do not need a scooter to get around in Bali, but it'll definitely make it more convenient and cheap. For that reason, we recommend you to rent a scooter in Bali. We can help you find driving lessons to make you feel more comfortable.
Is there a noise policy at this retreat?
We don't have quiet hours per se. However, please respect our neighbors and keep the noise level to a reasonable amount after 10 PM.
Do you have a laundry machine on the premise?
No, there is no laundry machine on the premise, but there are several laundromats within walking distance.
